NO PURCHASE OR PAYMENT OF ANY KIND IS NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A PURCHASE OR PAYMENT WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING. VOID WHERE PROHIBITED OR RESTRICTED BY LAW.

2. Eligibility
The PARC x Plei Game Sweepstakes (the "Sweepstakes") is open only to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States and the District of Columbia who are at least eighteen (18) years of age (or the age of majority in their jurisdiction of residence, whichever is older) at the time of entry.
Employees, officers, directors, and agents of Sponsor, Administrator, and their respective parent companies, subsidiaries, affiliates, and immediate family members (parent, child, sibling, spouse) and members of the same household of any such person are not eligible to participate.
The Sweepstakes is subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations. Void where prohibited or restricted.
3. Promotion Period
The Sweepstakes begins at 12:00 AM Eastern Time (ET) on May 1, 2026 and ends at 11:59 PM Eastern Time (ET) on May 15, 2026 (the "Promotion Period"). Administrator's computer is the official timekeeping device for the Sweepstakes.
4. How to Enter — NO PURCHASE NECESSARY
There are two (2) methods of entry. A purchase or payment is not required and will not improve your odds. Limit one (1) entry per person and per email address for the entire Promotion Period regardless of method.
4.1 Online Entry (Standard Method)
During the Promotion Period, visit https://forms.gle/4j9Yzq718A8wcx7o9 and complete all required fields, including your name, a valid email address, and answers to the following two (2) questions:
- When do your legs start to feel heavy during a game or training session?
- What do you usually grab post session / match?
Entrants must accept these Official Rules at the time of entry. Submission of the form constitutes one (1) entry. Incomplete entries will be disqualified.
4.2 Free Alternate Method of Entry (AMOE)
To enter without using the online form or providing any consideration, hand-print your full name, complete mailing address, email address, daytime phone number, date of birth, and the words "PARC x Plei Game Sweepstakes Entry" on a 3" x 5" card and mail it in a stamped, hand-addressed envelope to:

Mail-in entries must be postmarked by May 15, 2026 and received by May 22, 2026 to be eligible. One (1) entry per outer envelope. Mechanically reproduced entries are void. Sponsor and Administrator are not responsible for late, lost, illegible, postage-due, misdirected, or undelivered mail.
5. Prize
One (1) Grand Prize Winner will receive: $50.00 USD in Plei game credits, to be distributed by Administrator (Plei) directly into the winner's Plei account.
Approximate Retail Value (ARV): $50.00 USD
Prize is awarded "as is" with no warranty or guarantee, either express or implied, by Sponsor or Administrator. Prize is non-transferable, has no cash value, and no substitution will be permitted, except by Sponsor due to prize unavailability, in which case a prize of equal or greater value will be awarded. Plei game credits are subject to Plei's applicable terms of service.
All federal, state, and local taxes and any other costs and expenses associated with prize acceptance and use not specifically stated herein are the sole responsibility of the winner.
6. Odds of Winning
Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received during the Promotion Period.
7. Winner Selection & Notification
On or about May 19, 2026, Administrator will select one (1) potential winner in a random drawing from among all eligible entries received. The drawing will be conducted by Administrator, whose decisions are final and binding in all matters relating to the Sweepstakes.
The potential winner will be notified by email at the address provided at entry within five (5) business days of the drawing. The potential winner must respond within five (5) business days of notification. Failure to respond, or return of the notification as undeliverable, may result in disqualification and selection of an alternate winner.
The potential winner may be required to sign and return an Affidavit of Eligibility and Liability Release within seven (7) days of notification. If the potential winner cannot be contacted, fails to return required documents, is found to be ineligible, or is unable to accept the prize for any reason, the prize will be forfeited and an alternate winner may be selected.
8. Content Release & Social Media
By entering, each entrant agrees that if selected as the winner, Sponsor and Administrator may request photo or video content from the winner related to their prize experience (the "Winner Content"). By providing Winner Content, the winner grants Sponsor and Administrator a perpetual, royalty-free, worldwide license to use, reproduce, publish, and display such Winner Content on their respective social media channels, websites, and other marketing materials, with or without attribution, without further compensation.
Winner Content will only be posted with the winner's prior confirmation. The winner may decline to provide content without affecting prize receipt.
9. General Conditions
By entering, each entrant agrees to be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of Sponsor and Administrator, which are final and binding. Sponsor and Administrator reserve the right to disqualify any entrant they reasonably believe has tampered with the entry process, violated these Official Rules, or acted in an unsportsmanlike or disruptive manner.
Sponsor and Administrator reserve the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the Sweepstakes if fraud, technical failures, or any other factor beyond their reasonable control impairs the integrity of the Sweepstakes, as determined by Sponsor and Administrator in their sole discretion.
This Sweepstakes is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Google LLC or Google Forms.
10. Privacy & Data Sharing
Information collected from entrants is subject to Plei's Privacy Policy, available at https://www.plei.com/terms/privacy-policy. By entering, each entrant acknowledges that their entry information, including responses to the entry questions, will be shared with Sponsor (PARC) for the purpose of product research and promotion. Sponsor's use of such information will be governed by Sponsor's applicable privacy policy.
11. Publicity
Except where prohibited by law, participation in the Sweepstakes constitutes the winner's consent to Sponsor and Administrator's use of the winner's name, likeness, general location, and Winner Content (if provided) for promotional purposes in any media, worldwide, without further payment or consideration.
12. Release & Limitation of Liability
By entering, each entrant releases and holds harmless Sponsor, Administrator, and their respective parent companies, subsidiaries, affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents from any and all liability for any injuries, losses, or damages of any kind arising out of or in connection with participation in the Sweepstakes or the acceptance, use, or misuse of any prize.
In no event will Sponsor or Administrator be liable for any consequential, incidental, indirect, or punitive damages.
13. Disputes & Governing Law
This Sweepstakes is governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any and all disputes shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Miami-Dade County, Florida.
14. Winner List
For the name of the winner, available after June 5, 2026, send a self-addressed stamped envelope to: PARC x Plei Game Sweepstakes Winner List, c/o Plei, Inc., 382 NE 191st St PMB 398948, Miami, FL 33179-3899, by July 15, 2026.
