Things to know before your first game
Plei is built by players—for players. There’s no staff at the field, no referees. That means you are the culture. The only thing we ask? Help make the game great for everyone.
Add a real profile pic
Upload a clear photo of your face — it helps your teammates spot you before the first pass.
Turn on notifications
Stay in the loop with game updates, confirmations, and last-minute changes. No one likes being out of sync.
Peep the game details
The About section has the lowdown on parking, check-in, and what to expect. Read it so you’re not lost or late.
Show up 15 minutes early
Warm up, meet your squad, and vibe into the game. Early is always better.
Sign-up ≠ spot secured
Registering is just the first step. Wait for your confirmation DM — that’s your official green light to play.

Beginner
You are new to the game (0-1 years) or returning after a long break (5+ years). Still building confidence with the ball and game awareness.
Intermediate
You play regularly and have experience in high school or local leagues. Comfortable on the field and enjoys a good, casual run.
Advanced
You’ve played at the college, semi-pro, or club level and in fast-paced games and competitive matchups.
Expert
You’ve played professionally. You have high-level skills, tactical awareness, and elite fitness and are a game-changer on the field.

No slide tackles!
Stay on your feet — safety comes first.
All fouls & outs = Indirect Kicks
No direct shots off throw-ins or fouls. Keep it fair, keep it moving.
Unbalanced teams? Mix it up
Lopsided games aren’t fun. Make the switch and level the field.
Rotate goalies
Swap every 2 goals or every 10 minutes — everyone gets a turn in net.
Fighting = You’re Out!
No second chances. Violence gets you banned, no questions asked.
